Life is a voyage of self discovery. To me, to be enlightened is to go within and to know who and what we really are, and to know that we have the ability to change for the better by loving and taking care of ourselves. To me, love is a deep appreciation. When I talk about loving oneself , I mean having a deep appreciation for who you are.“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” ~Ralph Waldo Emerson~.
💖Love is the only thing that keeps us going and makes us less robotic in a world which requires us to work, think and act.
One should Keep this thing in their mind always, that they were born alone and would leave the world alone. All these people around you who love or hate you,are just part of your life, they tell you they are with you,but actually, its only you that is with you.I don’t deny that these people do help, they do.The key here is to love yourself so much that you will not even have enough time to think of the negative things. But the reality is that none of us is perfect. We all have our flaws.
Dr. Seuss“Today you are you! That is truer than true! There is no one alive who is you-er than you!Shout loud, ‘I am lucky to be what I am!…’”
When one loves themselves they become acceptable of their own flaws, they have a sense of gratitude towards life.
Not only will you only love yourself, you will also start to love other people too and be acceptable of their flaws too.Self-love is not being selfish; it is just putting yourself first and not being too tough on yourself .You take ownership of your life and understand that it does not matter what others think of you, but how you feel about yourself. You stop acting small and instead allow growth in. You let yourself live your purpose and see no need to compete, prove or compare yourself to others.Negotiations become easy because you know your value and will not settle for less. You accept your failures as learning curves and know your significance is not dependent on what you produce. You naturally attract peace and harmony in your day-to-day relationships.
Needless to say, it does not mean being arrogant, conceited or thinking that you are better than anyone else. It means having a healthy regard for yourself knowing that you are a worthy human being.
One has to believe in themselves to get through this intense and tough society. It is very important that one first takes care of themselves the most because believing in themselves is the key to thriving abundantly. When you love yourself—unconditionally—your mindset shifts to the energy of love and abundance.
You are powerful, you are good, you are love, you have value, you have a purpose. All is well.No one is you and that is your power.Loving yourself is the greatest revolution.
